Job Description
This position is primarily focused on managing projects for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring quality of content and design, and client communication.
The ideal candidate for this position is organized, has excellent writing skills, has a sharp eye for detail, can effectively and promptly communicate with the client, and manage multiple projects daily.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple inbound marketing projects for various campaigns using project-management dashboards, content management systems, and email marketing service providers
- Proofread marketing copy and design, and ensure quality meets approved content, template, and data requirements
- Upload and organize marketing assets and follow naming conventions
- Create clear and detailed internal project tasks for team members
- Manage the marketing calendar deployment schedule and give client recommendations on deployment date and time
- Build and run project workflows and timelines
- Deliver timely and effective client communication daily
Required Experience and Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2-3 Years experience with project management
- 2-3 Years experience with content management systems and/or email marketing service providers (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus)
- The ability to multitask, prioritize issues/escalations, and work under tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
