Essential Functions
- Manage and ensure accuracy of all new and existing costing and pricing documents for Retail customer on both excel and ERP systems.
- Maintain product cost, yields and other costing and pricing data point.
- Update pricing on a Quarterly or Bi-annual timeline to live data in ERP system.
- Support marketing and culinary initiatives for new and expanded business opportunities.
- Assist Supervisor in process improvement and problem resolution.
Skills and Qualifications
- Associate degree in accounting or related field with 1 or more years of experience in the food industry
- Experience on ERP system is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Eager to learn about different functional areas and business processes within the organization.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
