Job Description

• Comply with all security regulations  as mandated by local authorities and unit management.
• Answers all calls from customers with respect to up-counts and changes of flight information and communicates that information to proper channels for execution.
• Make sure that catering vehicle is dispatched to proper gate for specific flight that load is intended for.
• Ensure that truck arrives at proper location at proper time.
• Maintain communication with catering vehicle and operations supervisor
• Conduct interpersonal relations with airline personnel in a courteous professional manner at all times.
• Maintain and update all radio logs, trip records, reports, vouchers, boarding bills, invoices  and other documentation accurately and completely

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to sit and stand for long periods of time; and reach
with hands and arms. Employee may work outside in extreme weather. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 30 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific abilities required by this job include normal vision.
