We are seeking an Equipment Set up Attendant to join our dynamic team! This position will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient operation and high-quality control output.

Work Environment
This job operates in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, and this position will routinely use standard office equipment. Employee will be exposed to varying temperatures, including cold refrigeration.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to extreme cold (non-weather).
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. The facility operates 24 hours, 365 days. Must be willing to work any shift, days off as assigned by plant leadership.

Essential Functions
- Assemble Equipment Carts for all flights
- Pack cards according to specifications
- Clean Equipment as needed (glasses, plates, cups)
- Bring Equipment from dish room as needed
- Complete equipment carts according to flight schedule
- Ability to work flexible hours, any day of the week
Skills and Qualifications
- Understanding of cart assembly and cart diagrams
- Ability to read Cart Diagrams
- Good communications, organizational, problem solving and teaming skills.
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish helpful.
