Job Description
The FSQ Supervisor will work closely with the Food Safety and Quality Manager in monitoring, quantifying, and filing all necessary HACCP and FDA documentation. Works with key personnel in the facility on Food Safety and quality issues. Ensures compliance with all Good Manufacturing Procedures.

The FSQ Supervisor will work closely with the Food Safety and Quality Manager in monitoring, quantifying, and filing all necessary HACCP and FDA documentation. Works with key personnel in the facility on Food Safety and quality issues. Ensures compliance with all Good Manufacturing Procedures.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for carrying out policies and procedures as implemented by FFG, including food safety and quality.
- Responsible for verifying policy, procedure, and standard compliance through monitoring and documentation.
- Responsible for implementing corrective actions for non-compliance to policy and procedure and standards variance.
- To work closely with the FSQ Manager in monitoring, verifying, and filing all Food Safety and Quality documentation.
- To work with FSQ Manager on various FSQ projects, including regular specification checks, chef tables, and vendor audits, culinary evaluations of meals produced are required, including pork and other meats and fish. Tasting of these foods is required.
- Ensures compliance with quality, sanitation, and food safety processes and policies.
- Ensures proper training of new hires and existing employees.
- Ensures production documentation and labeling requirements are achieved.
- Absence: Duties shall be covered by FSQ Manager or designee.

- Follow established rules of each unit for entry to building and work areas, properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene and observe security precautions as mandated by unit management.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.S. Degree from a 4-year university
- 3-5 years of experience in the food industry
- Experience in a USDA facility a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
