Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Processor to join our team! The Processor will be responsible for managing and executing various processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the workflow.
Essential Functions
- Provide support to the company through both administrative and clerical duties.
- Work 7 units cross country, to distribute and assist with final catering figures.
- Maintain accurate files for all invoices, operational documentation and other customer billing documents
- Close customer invoices per schedules set up by the company or Customer’s contract with Flying Food
- Investigate and resolve issues relating to the processing center.
- Customer duties as required to support the Admin and Finance Department
Skills and Qualifications
- Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays as required
- English language required to read, write and speak fluently
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Must be computer literate. Basic understanding of Excel is a plus.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional Manufacturing office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
