Description
Flying High is looking to add a Clinical Treatment Supervisor to our growing team. Your talents will be utilized to:
- Provide guidance and supervision to CDCA's, interns, and non-licensed SUD support staff in accordance with licensure standards and agency policies.
- Assist with compliance of all SUD/NAT/Recovery House Program policies and procedures, including client and employee rights according to agency, state, federal, Ohio MHAS, ORH and accreditation standards.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve positive outcomes for our clients.
- Maintain documentation, client files and statistics as required by agency policy, Ohio MHAS guidelines and other funding sources.
- Manage client outcomes and analyze data to monitor trends that may guide decisions in the provision of services.
- Participate in the Performance Improvement Plan for client care, staff retention, and staff performance.
- provide direct care services as needed.

Requirements
Ohio licensed; LPC, LSW, LCDC III or higher.
