In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our campers by providing exceptional psychosocial care and support. You will work closely with our Medical and Cabin Life teams to ensure that all campers receive the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to promote camper wellbeing.
- Provide support and guidance to campers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of camper progress and wellbeing.
Requirements
- Completion of a hands-on, experiential learning program or relevant work experience/licensure.
- Strong understanding of child development and ability to communicate effectively with campers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
