ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a personable and service-oriented Outdoor F&B Concierge to provide exceptional experiences on our vast golf courses and their venues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, engaging with guests, maintaining beverage carts, and ensuring a seamless outdoor dining experience. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in an outdoor setting.
- Provide personalized food and beverage service to guests on the golf course and outdoor venues.
- Operate and maintain the beverage cart, ensuring it is fully stocked and clean at all times.
- Engage with members and guests to enhance their experience and offer recommendations.
- Process transactions, handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service laws.
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies as needed, and communicate shortages to management.
- Adapt to weather conditions and adjust service accordingly to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down outdoor dining and service areas as needed.
- Collaborate with F&B staff and management to ensure smooth service operations.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first approach.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and remain on feet for extended periods.
- Knowledge of food safety, alcohol service regulations, and health standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with beverage cart operations or golf course F&B service.
- Certification in food handling and alcohol service (ServSafe, TIPS, etc.).
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
