ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for performing services to the standard of The Flying Horse Spa.
- Monthly zoom calls/meetings with the lead service provider in your department. Corrective and encouraging
- Participate in continuing education programs
- Review client intake forms and completing SOAP notes in mindbody for every client
- Ensure room checklists are completed for proper set up and closing
- Check rooms & equipment.
- Be active on Slack during work hours
- Knowledgeable in all sanitation protocols and practicing set protocols and procedures
- Determine monthly service promotions, products and discounts
- Perform yearly hands-on evaluations set by the department lead (60-day check-in/ six-month evaluation/ yearly evaluation)
- Wear correct uniform, including name tag
- Perform professional quality services offered by Flying Horse within scope of practice and licensing (as applicable)
- Follow the table dressing & draping protocols and keeping the treatment rooms clean
- Actively build your book of clientele by utilizing tools provided by the Flying Horse marketing team and utilize appointment cards/business cards
- Select the appropriate service based on the clients’ needs after reviewing the client intake form with each guest
- Promotes the health and wellness benefits specific to each client and recommends frequency
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be actively licensed in the state of Colorado in your field of expertise. Must be detail oriented, accurate and possess good organizational abilities and be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must possess customer service skills and strong oral communication skills. Must be competent, dependable, punctual, and professional. Must be able to use tact and diplomacy to meet high demands of Spa and Spa customers.
