Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations, focusing on inventory control, staff scheduling, and cash management.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and food safety standards, ensuring exceptional quality.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted action plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
Your Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent business acumen, enabling you to make informed decisions based on financial data analysis.
- Organized, meticulous, and able to multitask with ease in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
