Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Area Director to lead our management staff and develop top talent within our restaurants. The successful candidate will have a proven track record working as a multi-unit leader at a quick service restaurant with a drive-thru.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily sales, marketing plans, and restaurant operations
- Communicate effectively between teams and the support center
- Foster an inclusive work environment where ideas and contributions are valued
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience as a District Manager, Area Manager, or similar role in a quick service restaurant brand with a drive-thru (Wendy's, Burger King, McDonald's, Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Arby's, Sonic, KFC highly desired)
- 75% travel required between five to eight restaurants in a single geographic area
