What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement Coordinator - System Performance position at Flynn Group?
Position:
The Procurement Coordinator-System Performance is responsible for tactically supporting the day-to-day needs of the Procurement System Performance team and Restaurant Operations. This role includes but is not limited to, providing excellent customer service across various Purchasing platforms, maintaining accurate data and supporting files, mining data, and supporting other department needs. To succeed in this role, the individual will be a detailed, forward-thinking self-starter with natural customer service and problem-solving skills who is comfortable juggling various projects.
Core Responsibilities:
- Communicate and follow up frequently and consistently to ensure issues are resolved for the operation of the business within company guidelines
- Ensure accurate data entry into Procurement Purchasing platforms
- Assist in rollouts for sites being added to platforms.
- Enter contract information into contract database, ensuring accuracy of information
- Contract expediting, ensuring contracts move through the system appropriately
- Helps to maintain contract information in Coupa Contracts Module
- Cross-training as appropriate
- Provide technical support to end users as needed.
- Provide back-up support to the team as needed
- Complete other duties as may be assigned
Experience:
- Highly proficient in Office 365 environment, Ecotrak and Coupa experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED; Two (2) or Four (4) year college degree preferred
- Four (4) years of industry experience in food service or retail preferred
- Restaurant operations experience is highly desirable
- Customer service background is required
