As a Shift Leader at Flynn Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations during your shift. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality while supervising staff and managing daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards for food quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Assist in training new staff members on restaurant policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Support the management team in achieving operational goals and maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong understanding of food production processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Culinary knowledge or experience is beneficial but not required.
