What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician-Part time position at Flynn Management Corporation?
Flynn Management is looking to fill an open position for a Part Maintenance Technician to join our teams in Leesburg Florida. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years similar experience, be self-motivated, able to work independently and own tools. Must have knowledge and "hands-on" experience of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and overall general repair knowledge. Shift is Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 8am - 430pm (1/2 hr lunch) plus available for on call emergency needs.

All applicants will be required to pass a basic maintenance exam. We require references from prior supervisors.
