Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units
- Respond to emergency calls and perform urgent repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve maintenance goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
Working Conditions
- Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Work in various weather conditions
