Word Processing and Computer File Management Specialist:
Flynn Management Corporation, family owned 40-year company that manages over 50 properties throughout Florida and Georgia is seeking a highly qualified specialist to evaluate, maintain and update procedures, policies and paperwork to simplify and improve operations.
Responsibilities:
Conventional duties including:
- Prepare hanging folders and file folders for forms and manual updates.
- Utilize Microsoft WORD to draft changes to Procedures Revisions for approval.
- Utilize Microsoft WORD to draft changes to Forms for approval.
- Utilize Microsoft WORD to draft new Forms for approval.
- Utilize Microsoft WORD to draft changes to Marketing Manual revisions for approval.
- Convert approved forms to fillable PDFs.
- Customize Forms for each property (property name address etc.) when directed to
- Prepare exhibits for Procedures.
- Combine PDF Exhibits with Procedures in PDFs for Uploading to website.
- Obtain approval from President/Vice President for final changes to Procedures, Forms and Marketing Manual Pages.
- Maintain master WORD and PDF files for Procedures, Forms and Marketing Manual Pages on server.
- Submit Revised final forms of Procedures, Forms and Marketing Manual Pages for uploading to website.
- Maintain Conventional Procedure Manual and Marketing Manual Book with latest versions.
- Distribute updated Procedures, Forms and Marketing Manual Pages to properties via email or mail.
- Monitor Properties printing and putting new Procedures and Marketing Manual Pages in books at properties.
Employment Procedures, Handbook and Forms duties include:
- Maintain Company Employment Procedures on website.
- Maintain Company Employment Forms on website
- Maintain Company Employee Handbook on website.
Requirements and skills:
Advanced capabilities using WORD
Strong capabilities using ADOBE Acrobat
EXCEL capabilities desired
Very organized and detail oriented
Strong ability with file manipulation
Associates degree or Paralegal training a plus

Schedule shift: Tuesday – Thursday 10:00am – 3:00pm
