Flynn's Tire is looking for dependable, honest enthusiastic, respectful team members to become part of our family. Flynn's is searching for a full-time Call Center Operator at our Corporate office performing duties that include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming sales calls, Monitor all E-Commerce orders, Back Orders and Transfer Orders.
- Outgoing calls to communicate to the customer anything from Back Orders and Shortages to Delivery changes.
- Research returns and adjustments and initiate the return paperwork for the Distribution Centers.
What you'll bring to the table as a CALL CENTER OPERATOR:
- A drive to succeed with outstanding customer service skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and handle high call volume.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including some Saturdays.
- Knowledge of tires is required.
