What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Account Executive position at Flynn?
Our client services team plays a critical role when it comes to fulfilling our mission of helping Peace of Mind brands perform better. If you love the idea of working on clients’ businesses that focus on meeting consumers’ most vital needs like healthcare, financial services or insurance, you just might be the Senior Account Executive we’re looking for. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day client contact and management of deliverables on multiple accounts. Plus, you’ll be building lasting relationships that help Flynn continue to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams
- Develop creative briefs, specifications, budgets, and timelines to deliver work that is on strategy and on budget
- Forecast client revenues and manage agency resource usage accordingly
- Review and QC all materials before releasing to clients and/or to production
- Work within agency processes to ensure all client transactions are properly executed and documented
- Develop in-depth expertise in client industries, businesses, and target markets
- Build rapport and credibility with clients based on expert counsel, ability to solve problems, and delivering as promised
- Maintain day-to-day contact with clients through the course of ongoing project management
- Organize client presentations and take part in formal presentations to clients
- Draft a formal marketing/communications plan (with assistance)
- Able to confidently and cordially present and defend agency's position /recommendation
- Stay alert for opportunities to grow client business and billings
- Proactively provide clients with ideas to build their business
- Continue to develop personal expertise in all facets of marketing and advertising
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least five years of agency experience is required
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Motivated self-starter with high initiative
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Excellent management of client financials
