Family-owned FlynnO'Hara Uniforms, a family owned, Philadelphia-based supplier and retailer of high-quality school uniforms, gym wear, and medical attire, founded in 1972. We offer our team members flexible scheduling, a friendly working environment, in addition to competitive pay. Our Philadelphia, PA Corporate Office, is looking to fill several FT or PT Customer Service Representatives who are resourceful, outgoing, patient, and a fast learner. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Spanish and English, detail oriented with excellent computer and telephone communication skills with the ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment.

- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient telephone service to our customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders and products.
- Process new orders.
- Assist customers with the correct fit for their child/children.
- Check orders for accuracy.
- Learn product line and processes.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of high volume call center experience preferred.
- Previous order entry/keystroke experience required.
- Well-developed understanding of customer service satisfaction and soft skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule during our busiest season (June to September) including evenings and Saturdays.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong initiative & work ethic.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Good collaboration and team skills.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
