FlyQuest’s Metamorphosis is a thriving creative collective looking for an experienced and talented Short-Form Content Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing and delivering high-quality short-form content that captures the essence of our brand and resonates with our target audiences.

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with our creative collective to develop new concepts and ideas for short-form content. 
• Produce and edit content using a variety of tools and software.
• Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, messaging, and values. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant. 
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in film, media, related field, or industry equivalent experience. 
• Minimum of three years of experience in short-form production. 
• Expertise in video production, editing, and post-production. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team. 
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to create content that resonates with users and expands our audiences and communities. 

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Proficiency in operating computers, office equipment, and different software. Effective verbal and written skills. Occasional lifting, bending, and carrying items up to 15 pounds and movement around the office space. Reasonable accommodations may be made to disabled persons upon request.
