Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales Enablement to lead our sales team with a focus on training, coaching, accountability, and sales enablement . The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing sales talent, driving high performance, and creating a culture of continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in equipping our sales team with the tools, skills, and strategies needed to excel in achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Training and Development

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for onboarding new sales team members and upskilling existing staff.
  • Facilitate regular workshops, role-playing sessions, and product knowledge training.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and technologies to incorporate best practices into training programs.

Coaching and Mentorship

  • Provide one-on-one coaching to enhance individual sales performance.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, call evaluations, and feedback sessions to identify improvement areas.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve personal and collective sales goals.
  • Accountability

  • Set clear, measurable performance expectations and goals for the sales team.
  • Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance against KPIs.
  • Address performance challenges with constructive feedback and actionable improvement plans.
  • Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to provide the sales team with resources, tools, and collateral needed for success.
  • Streamline and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leverage CRM and sales tools to track and analyze performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in sales management, with a focus on coaching and team development.
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to foster a high-energy, positive sales culture that emphasizes accountability and growth.
