Overview : Flywheel Centers is dedicated to providing high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism across multiple states. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable RBT / BT to join our team! As a vital member of our care team, you will work directly with clients to implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
Job Summary :
Spend your day working with children at our state-of the art center.
Carry out the treatment plan that has been carefully outlined by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Provide ABA therapy to manage and improve behaviors that interfere with daily life.

Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- RBT certification (preferred, but not required upon hire - training provided)
- Proven experience working with children (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to client locations
- Ability to work flexible hours
