JOB DESCRIPTION:
Meet prospective clients and conduct initial assessments. Create goals, therapy recommendations and establish the rapport needed to encourage parent buy in and build trust. Run programs, monitor progress, and supervise BTs. As BCBA in our Central NJ region, you will have the opportunity to work directly New Jersey's families living with autism, developing and implementing behavior plans to help children with autism thrive and reach their full potential.
