This role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of all material and equipment movements to and from the wellsite, ensuring seamless execution of field operations. The role will serve as the critical link between supply chain, operations, and vendorskeeping rigs turning to the right and completions moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordination: Coordinate end-to-end logistics for drilling and completions activities, including:
- Tubulars, wellhead equipment, frac sand, chemicals, water, and rental tools
- Rig moves and frac fleet mobilizations
- Third-party trucking and transport services
- Schedule Management: Develop and manage daily logistics schedules based on rig/completion activity and vendor availability
- Collaboration Across Teams: Communicate and align closely with Drilling and Completions Engineers, Superintendents, Field Supervisors, and Accounting
- Material Tracking & Visibility: Monitor material tracking systems to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation
- Financial Accuracy: Communicate with Drilling and Completions Engineers and the Accounting Team to ensure that AFEs are charged correctly and in a timely manner
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot real-time logistics issues (delays, vendor conflicts, load discrepancies) and escalate as needed
- Vendor Oversight: Maintain relationships with logistics vendors and verify compliance with safety, performance, and service standards
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with Sourcing, HSE, and Field Operations to improve processes and minimize non-productive time (NPT)
- Performance Monitoring: Track delivery performance metrics and support cost-control initiatives through efficient scheduling and routing
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of Drilling & Completions Logistics related experience.
- Previous experience with multi-rig or multi-pad programs. Multi-basin experience is considered a plus.
- Strong knowledge of drilling and/or completions supply chain workflows
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers and field material deliveries
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, with proven ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with logistics platforms and tracking tools
- Familiarity with well planning software or supply chain ERP systems (e.g., OpenInvoice, SAP, Enverus)
- Understanding of DOT regulations, HSE standards, Joint Interest Billing, and industry best practices
