The Opportunity
The Senior Administrative Assistant for the Sales Team is responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to our Sales leadership and team. This role serves as the central point of coordination for internal and external communication, sales-related activities, meetings, conferences, and travel. The EA ensures the smooth execution of daily operations while anticipating and addressing the needs of the Sales team, enabling them to focus on driving business growth and achieving targets.

The Senior Administrative Assistant for the Sales Team is responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to our Sales leadership and team. The EA ensures the smooth execution of daily operations while anticipating and addressing the needs of the Sales team, enabling them to focus on driving business growth and achieving targets.
What You Will Do:
- Act as the primary point of contact among sales executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring alignment with the priorities of the Sales team.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, sales team meetings, client meetings, and other key events.
- Organise and manage the sales leadership's calendars, ensuring effective prioritisation and time management.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics for the Sales team, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Plan and facilitate meetings, conferences, and trade shows, including booking venues, coordinating vendor relationships, and preparing required materials.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, take notes, and distribute minutes and action items to relevant stakeholders.
- Track and submit expenses for the Sales team while preparing regular expense and budget reports.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on key deliverables for the Sales team.
- Support the planning and execution of team-building activities, sales events, and client engagement initiatives.
- Manage and maintain email distribution lists and team resources for the Sales department.
- Provide project management support by driving execution of key sales initiatives, organising sales campaigns, and tracking progress.
- Previous experience as an Administrative or Operations Assistant, preferably supporting Sales or Client-Facing Teams.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, projects, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and care.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of business communication etiquette.
- A proactive, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to achieving success.
