In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various operational functions within the organization, ensuring that processes run smoothly, efficiently and timely. Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the department, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time including wire transfers, ACH and check processing, account balancing and report generation.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations activities.
- Data gathering for annual audits and exams.
- Support the implementation of new processes and procedures aimed at enhancing productivity.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate activities and resolve issues as they arise.
- Work independently in a professional setting.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Robust time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
