Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Client Services Coordinator, located in Garland, TX. The Client Services Coordinator will handle day-to-day communication with clients, offer outstanding customer service, provide administrative support, and assist with sales inquiries. The role involves coordinating client services efficiently and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Client Services and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Administrative Assistance experience
- Sales and Client Relationship Management skills
- Bilingual proficiency is required
