Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Information Technology Support Specialist role located in Lehi, UT. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, desktop computer maintenance, information technology assistance, email account set up, and help desk support.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Desktop Computers and Information Technology knowledge
- Experience in Help Desk Support
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in IT support roles is a plus
