What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at FM Food?
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, who will be in charge of:
- Process data entry activities in our internal MBA system and on the NOAA cruise website and portals.
- Organize cruise orders, verify which require inspection, and arrange and schedule inspection appointments.
- Work with the USDC inspector at our facility while performing health inspections on products.
- Carry out administrative activities, credit notes and billing required by the Department.
- Review the orders received by email to detect any problem related to them (lack of product, prices, discrepancies, etc.) and notify the supervisor.
