Our client provides energy, safety, and environmentally focused solutions across multi-technical and support services to long term maintenance and facilities management.

They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with previous Integrated Facilities Management background.

The successful candidate will be based across the New York City, NY area and will be tasked on building relationships and develop new business across the Facilities Management sector for a globally renowned facilities management company.

Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager ideally experienced in acquiring facilities maintenance contracts and an individual who is used to dealing with end-users to assist growth within an exceptional contractor looking to increase their market share.

Requirements

• Worked developing business within end-users
• Used to securing service and maintenance contracts
• Experience within the Facilities Management Industry
• Management of Tenders and Re-Tenders
• Previous sales experience

Duties

• Business Development Manager throughout the New York City Area.
• Meet potential new customers
• Develop business opportunities via portals, social media and web
• Manage existing service contracts to ensure service levels are met and increase
• Take complete ownership of, develop and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations, in line with Company standards.
• Generate tenders and relevant document preparation, using the specialist support functions (procurement, HR, QHS etc.) as well as local managers and the Business Development Managers
