We are seeking a Pennsylvania Journeyman Certified Electrician to join a cutting-edge technological manufacturing contract in Lancaster, PA. Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safe and efficient operation of a large facility. This position involves troubleshooting, performing repairs, and providing electrical support services to ensure smooth facility operations. 

Essential Responsibilities: 

• Respond to and resolve emergency maintenance calls promptly. 

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment, facility systems, and electrical infrastructure. 

• Perform fire and life safety inspections and maintain accurate documentation of results. 

• Accurately identify and document necessary repairs or adjustments to equipment and systems. 

• Maintain detailed records of work performed, ensuring compliance with operational standards. 

• Evaluate building equipment and systems, recommending improvements, upgrades, or replacements. 

• Assist with start-ups for new building construction or expansions as needed. 

• Perform general facility maintenance and repairs as assigned. 

• Conduct building inspections and equipment safety tests in accordance with safety protocols. 

• Exhibit excellent customer service skills and clear communication, both verbal and written. 

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Certified Journeyman Electrician with current Pennslyvania certification. 

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair, ideally in a large facility setting. 

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. 

• Licensed, certified, or registered in an electrical capacity. 

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
