Senior Chief Building Engineer
Salary Range : $170,000 - $195,000 per annum
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday (1st shift)
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Chief Building Engineer to join a prestigious healthcare campus in San Francisco, CA, due to internal expansion.
Our ideal candidate is a driven and experienced Chief Building Engineer with a solid track record in complex facility environments. Expertise in BMS Controls and prior leadership experience are highly desirable. A strong foundation in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general facility maintenance is essential, as well as previous working experience within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and trauma centers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver both reactive and proactive maintenance services
- Provide multi-skilled maintenance support across electrical and mechanical disciplines
- Ensure all mechanical and electrical systems operate at peak performance
- Meet and manage all key performance indicators effectively
- Interpret and manage critical building automation systems
- Perform modifications and installations as required
- Collaborate with sub-contractors and external suppliers
- Maintain communication with clients and management
