FM Industries has locations in Fremont and Livermore, CA with multiple shift opportunities!
Days: Mon-Fri 6:00am to 2:30pm; Swing: Mon-Fri 2:00pm to 10:30pm; Weekends: Fri-Sun 8am to 8pm
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Assemble simple to complex electro-mechanical vacuum assemblies, throttle valves, sub-assemblies, cathodes, and cooling units. Perform basic leak tests.
- Must be able to perform the tasks of Cleanroom Technician 1
- Position parts according to Operational Method Sheets (OMS)
- Confirm “O” ring seal surfaces meet finishing specifications
- Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners using basic hand tools and torque wrenches
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three to five years direct related electro-mechanical, vacuum experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
