This position is for Day Shift - 4:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. that includes 1 hour of overtime. Monday thru Friday with potential to work Saturday depending on business needs.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for testing of electrostatic chucks.
- Testing of electrostatic chucks for voltage breakdown, chucking performance, leakage current and helium flow using dedicated test equipment in a production environment.
- Analysis, interpretation, trouble shooting and storage of test data in accordance with established procedures.
- Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, Company policy and accepted safe work practices.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Electrostatic Chucks
- A working knowledge of basic electronics is required to understand system function, assist in troubleshooting and provide the foundation for test results interpretation.
- Experience working with electromechanical test equipment in the semiconductor industry.
- 2-4 years’ experience working with electromechanical test equipment in the semiconductor industry.
- AS degree in a related engineering discipline or equivalent test experience in a semiconductor environment preferred.
