Our Customer Service Representative Role:
- Execute and accurately complete customer orders directly
- Retain up to date knowledge of company products and sales promos
- Create orders, schedule appointments, and collaborate with multiple departments such as sales to improve customer satisfaction
- Communicate and establish relationships directly with customers
- Create a positive and fun work culture and promote teamwork
- Assist customers in determining ordering requirements or services to fit their needs
- Practice Customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team
