Primary Responsibilities
- Interact with business owners to identify their needs and provide solutions.
- Adhere to provided sales scripts and coaching to ensure consistent and effective communication.
- Serve as a dedicated advocate for merchants, prioritizing their best interests.
- Actively network within the community to establish and expand professional connections.
- Proactively source and develop client referrals to generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Self-motivated individuals with a positive and enthusiastic attitude are highly desired.
- Sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Capacity to network and self-generate leads is essential.
- Strong time management, communication, and integrity are required; additional training will be provided.
