- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Maintain DOT records ensuring compliance with state standards.
- Create invoices and process customer payments.
- Ensure that our front office operations run smoothly by supporting office management tasks.
Skills
- Proficient in computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry.
