Job Title : Business Development Representative

Location : Must sit in Dallas / Fort Worth (Remote)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing staffing agency specializing in facilities management. This position will focus on generating new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with clients in the sectors and industries served by facilities management. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of the staffing industry and facilities management services, and the ability to provide tailored staffing solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development & Sales (100%) :

  • Proactively prospect and generate new business leads within sectors and industries served by the facilities management industry.
  • Identify potential clients, understand their staffing needs, and present customized staffing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Work with clients to determine staffing requirements and job descriptions for various positions within facilities management at various industry clients (e.g., facility managers, construction departments, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our staffing services.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure new business and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to client acquisition, revenue growth, and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust business strategies.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in staffing or recruitment.
  • Experience with a staffing agency or search service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a remote role, and fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education & Experience :

  • 2 years of experience in business development, staffing, or recruitment, preferably within facilities management or a related industry.
  • Compensation :
