Job Description :
We are seeking a Smartsheet Administrator to join our team. The Smartsheet Administrator will be responsible for setting up / designing, managing, and maintaining our Smartsheet platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our organization and helps us achieve our business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and administer the Smartsheet platform, including user setup, design, and system configuration.
- Develop and implement Smartsheet dashboards, reports, and templates to support business processes.
- Train and support users in using Smartsheet effectively.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand their needs and customize Smartsheet to meet these needs.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the Smartsheet data by implementing appropriate access controls and security measures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Smartsheet.
- Stay updated with the latest Smartsheet features and updates and implement them as necessary.
- Document all processes and changes related to Smartsheet.
