This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join our commercial portfolio management team. As a key member of the FM team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties to maximize short-term return-on-equity and increase long-term economic value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial management of property to enhance property value
- Developing annual operating and capital budgets
- Financial reporting, including monthly variance analysis and quarterly reforecasting
- Oversight of building engineering and facilities staff
