Serve as the Global Services regional contact on identified mid-sized accounts and interface on a regular basis with local prospects, clients, brokers, and where applicable, World-Reach partners. Subject to the discretion of the Global Services Unit Manager (or equivalent), the position may permit outstanding World-Reach partner relationship management, or dedicated client service-related activities, or a combination of World-Reach partner relationship management and client service-related activities.
The focus for this position is to complete the Global Services component of the strategic plan. Provide local, on the ground problem resolution. Act as the Global Services regional focal point for Host account teams. In conjunction with Account Engineers, including Global Services Account Engineers, establish risk improvement priorities and support efforts to acquire customer consensus with loss prevention recommendations. Where applicable, maintain/grow relationships with World-Reach partners. Continue to update knowledge of underwriting guidelines, policy forms, loss prevention practices, and insurance industry developments. Demonstrate leadership skills and the required capabilities to complete sophisticated transactional activities. For the avoidance of doubt, this role does not have any authority to carry out any underwriting, sales, or loss adjustment activities.
This role can be a grade 12, 14, or 16 based on the candidate's experience, which also reflects in the salary range.

- Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, CII, CPCU, ARM or equivalent preferred!
- 3 years industry experience (broker/insurance company) in servicing / underwriting large property accounts of varying occupancies.
- Skills - Solid understanding of property insurance and forms, financial statements, general loss prevention engineering terms and concepts as well as business computer applications. Confirmed above average ability in organization, problem solving, sales/negotiation, leadership, and team building. Knowledge of internal systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and native Spanish. ( Portuguese language skills a plus )
- Valid Driver's License and Valid Passport are required.
