JOB OVERVIEW
The Global Facilities Manager is responsible for all aspects of running our office facilities, including budget management, maintenance, and projects. They work with outside vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring services are performed according to the contracts. This position manages our global facilities team. Besides managing the on-going operations, this position has frequent exposure to leadership levels, interactions with all the regions, and the ability to lead forward-looking and creative projects. The position is based in our corporate headquarters in Philadelphia, PA and reports to the Procurement Director, Goods and Services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for facilities management oversight of all global office locations, with an enhanced focus on the corporate HQ in Philadelphia.

Responsible for managing the regional facility leaders.

Oversight of the global portfolio of facilities projects including budget, annual capital investments, relocation and expansion projects, and lease negotiations.

Oversight of construction management process for improvements to new and existing locations (conceptual design, estimating, budget management, schedule & build)

Responsible for the detailed management of the global facilities budget by partnering with the Finance organization

Manage key third-party vendors relationships

Responsible for managing the procurement strategy and negotiations for the facilities goods & services

Partner with the EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) team to ensure appropriate security policies and procedures are implemented and followed across all global office locations

Drive the development and implementation of global facilities standards related to the look and feel of our global office locations, as well as contractual guidelines

Lead forward-looking studies to ensure appropriate utilization of our office spaces and positive employee experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

5 years of experience in project management with attention to detail

5-8 years in facilities management or other relevant experience

Influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate at different levels of the organization, preferably from C-suite leaders to individual contributors

Strong presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear and concise presentations

Ability to work cross functionally and deliver results in changing environments

Experience working with other countries required
