Overview:
- This role reports to the FMC Corporation’s Global Regulatory Sciences group and is part of the Global R&D organization.
- As a competency expert in Ecotoxicology, your role will be focused on developing the ecotoxicological data needed to register new and existing molecules to help farmers maintain a safe and secure food supply, while protecting the public health and the environment for future generations.
- The position is office-based and located in Newark, Delaware, at our Global R&D Center and just one hour south of our Corporate headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While the position is based in the USA, responsibilities include regulatory work that supports our global business, with opportunities to interface with people around the world.

Responsibilities:
- Support Product Registration Teams by overseeing all aspects of data generation for required regulatory studies.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of study guidelines and data requirements for ecotoxicological risk assessment through service as Study Monitor for ecotoxicology studies at contract research laboratories.
- Analyze and interpret the data that is generated and communicate those findings to your teams.
- Develop subject matter expertise in a competency area within the ecotoxicology discipline.
- Support generation of submission packages for global registrations, through regulatory dossier preparation.
Required Education:
- Ph.D. in Ecotoxicology, Environmental Toxicology or closely related discipline
Qualifications:
- Expertise in terrestrial vertebrates, invertebrates and/or population/ecological modeling desirable.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of global pesticide registration guidelines and data requirements.
- Experience managing numerous tasks/projects simultaneously to meet internal/external deadlines while maintaining organizational integration within a global scientific support team.
