The Technical Center Intern will work closely with cross-functional teams—including R&D, Operations, and Quality—providing support on various initiatives related to technical documentation, new product introductions, and asset utilization. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Technical Center team in delivering business value through active project support
- Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to develop and maintain technical documentation
- Help implement and standardize new processes across the organization
- Compile, analyze, and visualize large data sets to create informative dashboard reports for leadership
- Participate in professional development and networking events hosted by FMC
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure project success
- Pursuing a BS in Chemical Engineering (Junior/Senior level preferred)
- Prior internship experience in a related field is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to various technical and operational projects
