Job Overview
FMC Ice Sports is a leading provider of ice sport facility management and operations, as well as ice-based programs that benefit our communities and promote interest in both hockey and skating. We have established a record of quality operations and have grown to be the largest operator of public arenas in the United States.
We are currently seeking a Junior Instructor to work under the general supervision of each program's Supervisor and assist Lead Instructors. This position assists groups and related lessons and/or program hours for FMC learn to skate, learn to play, and/or, figure skating programs.
Responsibilities
- Effectively utilize customer service skills to manage customer interactions.
- Educate the public on safe ice activities.
- Enforce all rules regarding rink policies and operating procedures.
- Execute policies and procedures professionally and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patrons and staff.
- Complete tasks assigned by the Program Supervisor or Instructor in a timely fashion.
- Attend scheduled staff meetings.
