What you’ll be doing

As SDR you’ll be responsible for brand awareness internally and externally, ensuring the VP and senior members of the team have a healthy pipeline to pursue and close. Working closely with marketing and other existing sales teams, you will generate awareness and interest within existing customers, attend industry events and carry out lead generation and qualification within new logos.


Your day to day might look a little like this:

  • Contact and qualify potential customers
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Use customer relationship management software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Attend networking events and trade shows
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management

A bit about you

Ideally, you’ll be based in Houston, USA.

You’ll have 2-3 years engineering sales, or customer service and be bi-lingual in English and Spanish, or Portuguese.

A few other key skills our client is looking for:

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Bachelor’s degree engineering
