Parts Specialist

We carry a wide selection of new and used equipment for arbor, tree care, landscaping, land management, and compact construction, and we are more than prepared to handle all of your equipment needs.

Purpose

To provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers. Partner with customers to solve issues through understanding our offered products and parts to allow them to be successful.

Responsibilities

• Receive service’s request for parts

• Locate parts for machines we service as well as possible overlap into other brands

• Process service department orders as well as pull/tag orders, ensure proper coding to repair orders and completeness

• Appropriately suggests the purchase of additional items when selling a part

• Direct customers to the proper service personnel when more information is needed

• Enter proper notes on service repair orders and purchase orders to ensure accurate processing

• Answers phone calls/e-mails as a primary responsibility in a prompt and professional manner

Skills / Education

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

• 1 years working with parts required

• Must have a clean driving record. Ability to operate company vehicles and be insured on company plan

• Must be people-oriented and a team player. Exceptional customer service skills are a must
