- Work effectively with people at all levels across in a client organization, including senior-level executives
- Meet demanding client deadlines while supporting engagements with multiple clients simultaneously
- Develop contacts lists in spreadsheet format, reaching out to contacts via email and cold calling to set up field and telephone interviews, engaging contacts in discussion to reveal key insights
- Collect, analyze, and interpret market and company data into valuable insights
- Synthesize findings into well-written and visually compelling summary reports and presentations
- Utilize your problem-solving skillset to address key business challenges
- Present findings and recommendations during client debrief
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
- 1 years of professional work experience conducting, analyzing, and documenting market research
- Ability to thrive with minimal direction and supervision in an ambiguous work environment
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
