Responsibilities of a Community Outreach Representative:
- Outreach to local communities, deliver presentations to their members, and serve as the direct point of contact and liaison between our clients and their communities to raise brand awareness for our client’s telecommunications campaigns
- Train with our Community Outreach Team Leads, Customer Support Specialists, and Sales Managers to gain extensive knowledge on our outreach programs, enrollment processes, customer support services, and engagement strategies
- Provide customer sales support to our eligible community members by actively listening to their concerns, overturning objections, providing specific product and service information, and processing enrollment signups
- Collaborate with the Community Outreach Representative Team and other fellow Customer Support, and Sales Representatives daily in team meetings to contribute innovative ideas on how to improve our outreach efforts
- Track, record, and keep detailed reports of all our eligible community member’s contact information and interactions

Basic Qualifications of a Community Outreach Coordinator:
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or other related fields preferred
- 0-2 experience volunteering or working in Community Outreach, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Public Relations, or other client-facing positions preferred
- Reliable transportation to on-site location and local outreach, promotional events

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
